Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation in the world of TV. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. It wasn't long before she relocated to Texas. There, she embarked on a profession in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza stayed in Texas for a brief period before she moved to Orlando Florida. She took on a variety of roles in acting, such as commercials and local independent movies. Small roles didn't deter her from discovering that she was a fan of acting. In 2001, she moved from the Midwest to New York where her first part was in All My Children's morning soap in the role of Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG the Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. In 2004, she was cast as her first part of a series on The Mountain The Mountain, the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable character was in 2006's Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. Following a brief run, her character migrated over to Law & Order: LA. The character of De La Garza was recognized with several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She was also awarded ALMA Award nods. In 2008, De La Garza was awarded the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a recurring part in CSI Miami a few moments later. The role was Marisol Delko as the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. The most recent television appearance was as Doctor. Lena Solis on NBC's somewhat dark drama Do No Harm. After two episodes the series ended up being cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are a Italian father and a brother Cory, who is 10 years older than her. Her family was the strictest and most religious family. Milano began her acting career at the age of seven when her babysitter joined her at an audition. She was one of the four girls chosen from over 1,000 hopefuls. Milano appeared on the television in commercials, and off Broadway productions including the musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
